Welcome to W.I.T (Woozworld's Inspiration Team)! We accept anyone who is interested in learning and improving their skills and inspire other woozens! We are so glad you decided to come check us out!! So you obviously love, editing photos and videos or designing clothes, or drawing pictures, or writing scripts and all types of artistic things! Otherwise you wouldn't be here! Or you possibly came just to learn how! Either way we're glad to have you! W.I.T isn't about how good you are at these things, it's about having fun and learning! We have Mentors, Directors, and Guides to help you along the way. So whatever it is you want to do, Just sign up by clicking here, show us a little bit of your talent, and let us get back to you! We'll try our best to respond quickly so you can get your journey started as a W.I.T Agent! :D 

 

Rankings 

Newbie:

Newbie is the first ranking that everyone has, When you are a "Newbie" you are new to our group and new to our ways. You will be assigned a "Guide" For the first couple of weeks. The Guide is responsible for being sure you know and understand our rules. If you don't understand something or you need help you are to ask your Guide for guidence.

Rookie:

When you are a "Rookie" you have moved up, this means you will no longer require a Guide. If you mess up and break a rule you will be responsible for it now, not your Guide! Now that you are a "Rookie"  you will be required to do quests. If you aren't sure what quests are click here. Doing quests requires you to know what you're doing and be good at it, so you will then be assigned a "Mentor" Mentors are people who are willing to help teach you the fundamentals of what you signed up to do! If we think you already know enough to start doing quests on your own, you will probably skip this ranking.

Junior:

When you are a "Junior," you have officially completed all your tutorials. Time to say goodbye to your Mentor, and say hello to the work of W.I.T. By this time you will be really good at what you do. You should have no problem completing Quests and earning Badges on your own.

*GOAL: You must complete 10 Quests TOTAL, to achieve the next ranking (Senior).*

Senior:

As a Senior you are able to become a Mentor, to try out for a Mentor, email haikupixie at woozworldshaikupixie@gmail.com.

*GOAL: You must complete 25 Quests TOTAL, to achieve the next ranking (Elite).*

Elite:

Elite Agents Are REQUIRED to take up the responsibility of at least being a Guide . Helping others and inspiring others is what we do. You can do it too! :3 

*After 1 month of being and Elite Agent you will be moved to Gold*

Gold:

Gold Agent's are now considered experts at what they do. You will be REQUIRED To be a Mentor for at least 1 Month to move up in the next ranking.

Omega:

As an Omega Agent, you can either continue being a Mentor, you can request to be demoted to a Guide again, or you can apply to be a Director. Directors are people who take groups of people in their catagory, and shows them the special behind the scenes work that is required of SELECTED members. If you aren't sure what we mean click HERE

Alpha:

Alpha Agent is the highest honor you could have in the W.I.T Agency! When you become an official Alpha, you are ready to take on the BIG responsibility of helping the administrators (haikupixie & lisandraclara). You will be doing important work like obviously keeping up your skills, teaching & inspiring others, but among that you will also be helping keep up the schedule, planning events, showing the Directors, Mentors, and Guides their responsibilities. You will also always have 1st Priority when it comes to answering emails. You will be taken very seriously when you report other Agents, and you will be sent on special tasks that no one else knows about until it starts happening. You will be entrusted with the UP MOST SERIOUSNESS AND RESPECT. 

*Not everyone has the maturity to take on the roll of Alpha Agents therefore the only way you can gain this title is to earn it. We watch all Omegas Agents carefully to pick and choose those who will become Alpha Agents.*

Special Titles

Guides:

Guides are Agents who help new recruits, they show them around, teach them the ropes, and make the new recruits feel right at home. In order to be a Guide, you must be kind, friendly, show yourself helpful. Have good grammar, and try to help the new recruit figure out which categories they feel most comfortable in. They can ALWAYS change their categories, all they have to do is send a request to haikupixie.

Mentors:

Mentors are Agents who take the time to teach other agents how to do their category more efficiently and quicker. Even though you may be great at what you do you can always learn new ways to do them, and this is what Mentors do! They take the time to teach you their ways to make your work look even better than before.

Directors:

Directors are people who take groups of people in their catagory, and shows them the special behind the scenes work that is required of SELECTED members. If you aren't sure what we mean click HERE
